The company establishment service allows you to submit all company establishment contract requests electronically, for all types of commercial and professional legal entities, except for joint-stock and holding companies.
Steps to create establishment contracts
1- Log in to the service.
2- Log in to the account (username and password).
3- Click on the (Establish a Company Contract) icon.
4- Select the type of company to be established.
5- Fill out the electronic application form, a summary window appears confirming the data entered into the service before sending the request.
6- Document the establishment contract.
7- A payment invoice is issued and sent as a text message to your phone, the invoice is paid through various payment channels, while the paid amount arrives, you can benefit from the service by printing the commercial register or professional register electronically without the need to visit the ministry branches.
The existence of the investment license is verified in accordance with the agreement signed between the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Investment, or through a license issued by the Economic Cities Authority that operates within the geographical scope and is subject to its supervision. It is not required to obtain a license from the Ministry of Investment based on the agreement concluded between the Ministry of Investment and the Economic Cities Authority. If the company is a waqf, it must be (limited liability), and special items must be added such as (attaching the waqf deed, having a text in the waqf deed allowing the establishment of companies, and attaching the partners’ decision to establish signed and certified). When establishing the company electronically, the approval of the legal representative is obtained through OTP message notification.
